Help you determine your buying power and can refer you to lenders best qualified to help you understand your financing options.

Use all the resources I have available to assist you in your home search.  This includes an auto-notification system so you can automatically receive infomation on new listings.

Spend as much time as necessary helping you find the ideal home.

Provide objective information about all properties of interest.

Help with all negotiations, including but not limited to price, financing, terms, date of possession and often the inclusion or exclusion of repairs and furnishings or appliances.

Help provide due diligence during the property evaluation.  This could include inspections for termites, dry rot, asbestos, faulty structure, roof condition, septic tank and well tests, just to name a few. I will assist you in finding qualified responsible professionals to do most of these investigations and provide you with written reports.

Help guide you through the closing process and make sure everything flows together smoothly.
